MINIMUM ORDER:

To qualify for wholesale prices a minimum order of $100.00 is required. For orders less than $100.00 the customer will be assessed a $15.00 convenience fee. For Retail / Home Use orders there is a minimum of $20.00 per order.

INITIAL ORDERS AND / OR CUSTOM ORDERS:

All initial and / or custom orders require payment in advance. We will be happy to assist you with establishing a NET 30 Account for subsequent orders of personal care amenities.

APPROVED CREDIT ACCOUNTS:

For information on establishing a Net Account please call 1-800-578-5455 to speak with a Client Representative. Allow two to three weeks for a credit check. Client with approved credit will be extended terms of 30 days from the date of the invoice. Client with delinquent balances are subject to credit holds on outgoing orders. Client with repetitive past due balances will be subject to cancellation of their Net Account. For balances past Net days a finance charge of 1.8% per month and a late penalty of $15.00 will be accessed.

CREDIT CARDS:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. An additional 4% will be added on invoices paid by credit card after 7 days of invoice date.  It is the responsibility of the Card Holder to notify Club Amenities of changes in credit card numbers, expiration dates, terms, and usage policies.

RETURNS & RESTOCKING:

In-stock liquid products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase date at the Client's shipping expense. Products must be returned in original cartons with safety seals intact. Full credit will be given if all returned merchandise is in resalable condition, less a 20% repacking fee. All returns must be pre-approved by Club Amenities, please call for an Authorization Number. Failure to obtain an Authorization Number will result in refusal of delivery at the Club Amenities' Shipping Department. At no time is a Client authorized to use Club Amenities’ shipping company and / or UPS account numbers.

ACCEPTANCE & INSPECTION OF MERCHANDISE:

Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.  Damaged or missing cartons should be noted on the Bill of Lading PRIOR to your representative signing for the merchandise and PRIOR to the trucking company taking its copy of the Bill of Lading.  Club Amenities L.L.C. must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment of any damages and / or shortages.  Failure to follow these steps will result in refusal by shipping company to reimburse you for damages and / or shortages and will leave Club Amenities without recourse as well.

SHELF LIFE:

Club Amenities L.L.C. guarantees all liquid products a shelf life of one year from date of manufacturing. Each product container and case has a batch code that depicts the day the product was made.  Example:  Batch Code 0266, is the 26th day of 2006 or January 26, 2006.  Example: Batch code 3656, is the 365th day of 2006, or December 31st 2006.  Please advise staff to use the lowest number first.  Club Amenities suggests, to better control inventory and insure product rotation, keep all unopened gallons in cartons.

TIME LAPSE:

Club Amenities typically ships all orders the same day the order is placed.  Sometimes the order will ship the following business day.  If you do not receive your order within a regular amount of 'order-to-dock' shipping days, then notify Club Amenities as soon as possible.  Club Amenities can email you a shipping confirmation the day your order is shipped, please request this convenience service at the time you place your order.
