Customers:
Club Amenities is not set up to receive customers in person but we are happy to provide all customers with product information and samples, and answer all questions that are not specifically proprietary. Club Amenities conducts all business with customers through telephone, fax, email, mail, and shipping methods. We do not have outside sales representatives and we do not sell through a distribution network (Imagine the expense savings we pass on to you!). For customers of long-standing that require an in-person visit from a Club Amenities representative, please contact Kali St.Wyatt, Vice President, at 1-800-578-5455.
Vendors:
All vendors and potential vendors must have an appointment. To get an appointment a security check may be required. All vendors are required to request an appointment two weeks prior to the date of desired appointment. These measures are necessary to protect the integrity of the products', safety of the workplace, proprietary security of formulas, processes, and designs. Potential vendor phone calls will be accepted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, phone calls outside of these times will not be forwarded.
