Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs are calculated when the order is actually packed and weighed.  The shipping costs shown in the Shopping Cart are estimated based on weight and zone but there are other factors that are unknown at the time of placing your order that must still be calculated such as is the shipment able to be shipped by the UPS Brown Truck or is the order best shipped on a UPS Freight Truck.  In that case there is a whole host of questions that must be asked and answered specific to each and every customer's circumstances as well as that specific order such as...

Does the order require a pallet? 
What is the pallet weight? 
What is the size of pallet?
Is the pallet stackable or unstackable?
Can the pallet be broken or does it have to remain intact?
Is it going to West Palm Beach or Boulder or Austin or Reno?
Does the customer have a loading dock, or will the delivery need a Liftgate?
Does the customer need an Inside Delivery?
Out of the 4 main freight carriers Club Amenities ships with, which one has the best freight deal today?

You will receive an emailed Invoice when your order is finalized.  Your final shipping costs will be on that Invoice.  All shipping shown in the cart and on any documents including but not limited to Order Confirmations, Sales Orders, and / or Packing Lists are estimated and all shipping is F.O.B. (Freight On Board) Elkridge Maryland 21075.


Q: Why don't you offer freight deals?
A: Club Amenities is known for product quality, dispensing innovation, and exceptional service.  To give one customer free freight or a percent off freight just means that we would have to play a trick on all of our customers in our product pricing.  We would have to inflate our list prices, so the unwarry would overpay on our products so we could afford to give our savvy customers a freight deal.  There are many many companies out there that operate just like that.  We do not. We figure that you might not have the time and energy to put into wheeling-and-dealing with every vendor and there is something that is just unseemly about this particular practice..its just not who we are. Sorry.


Q: Do you ever give discounts off your products?
A: Of course we do.  We value customer loyalty as much as we value product quality.  For loyal customers that have consistently purchased from Club Amenities over the years we can offer some discounts.  For customers that have grown their volume we can offer volume discounts.  However, bear in mind that we do not artificially inflate our prices to begin with just so we can give the savvy buyer a discount so he or she feels like thet are getting a deal.  So, where some companies can give what seems to be good discounts, Club Amenities is already giving you a fair price for the product that you are purchasing no matter if you are in a bargaining frame of mind on a particular day or live in California.
